Metal Garden Hooks These are fabulous for hanging planters or bird feeders from trees or shepherd's hooks. They also can help lower your hanging planters on the porch when the ceilings are on the high side. 4. Plastic Planter Trolleys These planter trays roll! 1. Nostradamus was a French astrologer, physician, and seer who wrote a book called Les Prophéties. His book supposedly contains predictions for the future. People were doing internet searches for him after the 9/11 attacks when claims that he predicted the event began circulating.
2. Osama bin Laden was the leader of al-Qaeda which orchestrated the attacks on 9/11. This explains why there were so many searches for him in 2001.
3. Eminem performed with Elton John at the 43rd Grammy Awards in 2001. There was some controversy with his song lyrics which many considered homophobic, thus explaining why many were searching for his name on the world wide web.
4. Michael Jackson His 30th Anniversary Celebration in 2001 was a television special celebrating the 30-year solo career of The King of Pop.
5. Howard Stern was in the midst of his radio show when the planes hit the World Trade Center (he was just 4 miles away) on that fateful day in 2001. His show took a turn from the comedy that it was known for to a somberly serious tone when he started taking calls from citizens and friends in the city. The emotions of the American people were documented during his show and you can still find a recording of the show online.
We were saddened to hear of the passing of David Crosby. His music was part of our younger years and we will always travel back to those times whenever we hear his music. Today's list is the top 5 hits of David Van Cortlandt Crosby according to Billboard.
1. Turn, Turn, Turn (To Everything There Is a Season) This song was a hit in 1970 when Crosby was a member of the Byrds.
2. Mr. Tambourine Man Still with the Byrds in 1965, they had another hit with Mr. Tambourine Man.
3. Wasted On the Way Now part of Crosby, Stills, & Nash, this song hit the charts in 1982.
4. Just a Song Before I Go David Crosby gave us many memorable songs before he left us including this fan favorite from 1977.
5. Woodstock 1970 also gave us this hit by Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young and written by Joni Mitchell.
